Her tears fell like rain. They turned into streams on her bloody arms. The streams turned into rivers. With the scratched in name of the guy she loved embroidered on her arm. Blood gushed through her flesh. She screamed through the loud music she was playing. “Why?! Why?!” she screamed. Her favorite band playing, “I’m so happy cuz today I found my friends. They’re in my head!” She was lost. She couldn’t find herself. The blood streamed down unto the floor. Little puddles were made as she got up and made her last call. She slowly and painfully dialed the numbers. Ring…. Ring…. “Hello?” “Uhh is this…?” “Yeah… yo wassup?” “I just wanted to tell you I love you. I want you to know that you mean the world to me. And now that you’re gone, I can’t handle the pain.” “Why? Why are you calling?! What is wrong?! Oh my God?! What are you…?” “I’m leaving… forever.” “No! You can’t! It’s not worth it! What did you do…? I can help!” “Stop. I love you. Don’t say it back because you won’t mean it. I cut my wrists. Your name will now and forever be with me.” “Don’t…..” “Death is my friend now. Don’t you understand?! Bye… I’m sick of being picked last. I was always someone’s back-up person. It really hurt. I love you.” … Click Ring…. Ring…. The pain was hardly bearable. She couldn’t even lift the phone. She took the last of her pain killers...the last thing she would taste was the bitter pain of this world. She slowly brought the phone to her ear, blood gushing on the numbers. She grew dizzy, about to faint. She recovered for the last moment. “Hello? Why are you calling back?” “You can’t do this.” “I love you…”… Click She lay on the bed alone and forever alone. Her eyes rolled into the back of her head. She was breathing slower now. She grasped her favorite memory and slowly drifted away. This memory was special to her. It was the only thing worth remembering, his picture.
